  • What is the application process?

    Campus Realty properties are leased on a first-come, first-served basis.  


    Prospects should only apply for one unit, by navigating to the individual unit and selecting the "Apply Now" button. Do not apply to multiple units.


    All roommates and co-signers must apply within 48 hours of each other.  Be sure to add the names of all roommates on the application.


    Once applications are submit for all roommates and co-signers, email Leasing@CampusRealty.com for next steps.


    Do not apply to listings with a cover photo stating "Not Available".


    Application fees are non-refundable.

  • Are tours available?

    To stay in compliance with the Ann Arbor city ordinance #21-22, in-person tours cannot be scheduled until December for May leases or March for August leases.


    Video tours are available to view within the Campus Realty listings under the Availability page.

  • Do you offer parking to non-residents?

    Campus Realty offers parking to residents and non-residents.


    Parking is sold on a first-come, first-served basis with tenants taking priority. Please see our parking page for more details. 


  • Is parking included in Campus Realty leases?

    Parking is not included in Campus Realty leases.

  • My vehcile was towed, who do I contact?

    Call Budget Towing at (734) 485-2055 for all towing inquiries. 


    Campus Realty is not responsible for any disputes between the vehcile owner and the tow company. 

  • Where should I submit a maintenance request?

    Residents should submit all maintenance requests through their resident portal.


    After hours emergencies including flood, fire, no heat, and lockout should call 734-206-1131.

    *Residents must be available by phone and email after submitting an emergency maintenance call.

  • What is a Guarantor/ Co-Signer?

    A guarantor is a person who will co-sign a lease alongside a tenant, guaranteeing to pay the rent if the tenant fails to do so. Guarantors are responsible for paying the rent if it goes unpaid by the tenants.

  • Can I pay rent with a credit card?

    Yes! Residents can pay rent through their tenant portal via 

    • eCheck (100% free to you!): Enter your routing and account numbers in your secure Online Portal to pay rent or any other charge directly from your checking or savings account. 
    • Credit or Debit Card: Use your debit or credit card to pay your rent through the secure Online Portal. (An online convenience fee applies and is based on your monthly rent charges.)
  • Do you allow pets?

    We do not allow pets in our buildings. This is for the benefit of all who may have allergies and other health issues.
