If you have a true emergency—such as fire, flood, or sewer backup—please contact our Emergency Hotline at (734) 786-6772.
If minor repairs are required, however, you must stop by our office to fill out and sign a Repair Request, as our service personnel do not enter your home without expressed, written permission from you. For routine maintenance work—such as replacement of furnace filters—you will receive appropriate, advance notice.
